- The warranty period for cellular phones is either six (6) or twelve (12) months, starting from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise for specific products or indicated on the final purchase invoice. For other electronic devices, the warranty period is six months (6) from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise or indicated on the purchase invoice.
- The warranty applies only to the original consumer/purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent buyers or end users. During the warranty period, Global Deals will repair any defective product or parts using new or factory rebuilt replacement parts and return the product in working condition, with no charges for parts or labor. Repaired or replaced items become the property of Global Deals, excluding external housing and other external parts.
- Repaired or replaced products are warranted for the remaining duration of the original warranty period. To claim warranty, the consumer must provide the purchase receipt and warranty card as proof of purchase. Any transportation, handling, and delivery charges incurred to courier the products will be the consumer’s responsibility.
- The limited warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abnormal use or conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquids, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, unusual physical or electrical stress, existing cosmetic damage, excessive force or use of metallic objects on touch screens, removal or alteration of serial numbers or enhancement data codes, ordinary wear and tear, use with unauthorized accessories or equipment, improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment, external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of electrical sources. It also does not cover defects or damages resulting from cellular signal issues, viruses, or software-related problems caused by updates or unauthorized software.
- Battery-related issues are not covered if the battery is charged with an unapproved charger, if the battery seals are broken or tampered with, or if the battery is used in equipment other than the manufacturer’s specified device. Bootloop issues caused by unsuitable custom watch faces on smartwatches will void the warranty, and power banks should not be drained less than 10% to avoid warranty void.
- Global Deals is not responsible for any loss of data stored on units processed for repairs. Neither Global Deals nor any authorized service center, person, or entity assumes any obligation or liability beyond what is expressly provided in the limited warranty. Warranty terms, product features, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- To claim warranty, the consumer must inform Global Deals of the defective product and arrange for its return, bearing the expenses for delivery and transportation. The consumer may be billed for parts or labor charges if the condition of the defective product does not meet the terms of the limited warranty. Global Deals reserves the right to accept or void warranty for defective products.
- If the product has operator-specific features such as a SIM lock or PUK lock, Global Deals may refer the consumer to the relevant cellular operator before providing service. Products returned to Global Deals after the expiration of the warranty period will be subject to normal service policies and charges.
- Upon acceptance of a warranty claim, Global Deals requires approximately 3 to 7 working days for inspection and, based on the nature of the issue, will repair or replace defective parts within 14 working days. However, products sold under the ‘Apple Care Warranty’ may take 30 to 45 days for processing a warranty claim.
- For delivery, express deliveries are completed within 48 working hours, while prepaid deliveries usually take 3-5 working days. Cash on delivery orders are completed within 7-14 days. Returns will not be accepted by Global Deals once the product has been purchased and collected or delivered to the consumer, except in cases of valid defects eligible for warranty claims. Exchanges are accepted within 7 working days for products in the same purchased and brand-new condition, with all package seals intact and untampered with. After inspection and consideration by Global Deals management, the consumer will be allowed to obtain a different product of equal value or upgrade to a different product by paying the price difference to Global Deals.
Refunds are not applicable in these cases. Orders placed before 10 am are processed on the same day, while orders placed after 10 am are processed on the following working day.
