  • For orders within Colombo, the standard delivery time is typically within 2 working days. If you are located outside of Colombo, island-wide delivery will be made within 3-4 working days.
  • Delivery charges within Colombo will depend on your specific location and can range between Rs. 170 and Rs. 250. However, for deliveries to areas outside of Colombo, the delivery charge is a fixed amount of Rs 350.
  • If you prefer to pick up your order instead, you have the option to do so from Monday to Saturday between 10.00 A.M and 07.00 P.M

The warranty period for all electronic products is 6 months, unless stated otherwise. However, mobile phones are covered under warranty for a period of 1 year, unless specified otherwise.   1. You have the option to explore different categories to find an item that interests you, or you can simply use the search box on the homepage to directly search for the specific item you’re looking for.
  2. When you’ve found the item you want to purchase, you need to click on the “add to cart” button. A pop-up will appear on the right side of the screen, giving you the choice to proceed to checkout or continue shopping by closing the pop-up.
  3. During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. You have the option to create an account by setting a password, or you can choose to checkout as a guest.
  4. Next, you’ll need to select the delivery method that suits you best: standard delivery, express delivery, or pick-up. For payment, you can choose between cash, online payment, or bank deposit. If you opt for online payment, you’ll need to use a Visa or Mastercard and make the payment through an internet payment gateway.
  5. If you select the bank deposit option, you’ll be provided with the necessary account details to deposit the funds into our bank account. After making the deposit, you’ll need to contact Global Deals via WhatsApp at +94 77 556 3870 and share an image of the deposit slip along with your order number. Your order will only be processed once the payment is confirmed.
  6. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing an order ID and the details of your order. This information can be used as a reference for inquiries about the delivery or when collecting your order.
  7. For pick-up, you can collect your order from our flagship store located at 19 Pieris Rd, Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia 10370. If you’ve chosen delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our store.
